Please read these rules and conditions carefully before creating an account or playing Shinobi Revelations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, downloading the game client, accessing the website, or playing Shinobi Revelations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and our rules. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service or playing the game.

2. Intellectual Property Disclaimer (Naruto Fan Project)

Shinobi Revelations is a fan-made, non-commercial, free-to-play online role-playing game based on the Naruto anime and manga series.

This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Masashi Kishimoto, Shueisha, Studio Pierrot, Bandai Namco, or any of their licensing partners. All copyright, trademarks, character names, jutsu names, and intellectual property associated with Naruto belong exclusively to their respective owners. Shinobi Revelations makes no claim to these assets.

3. User Accounts & Character Naming

When creating accounts and characters, you agree to abide by the following:

  • You are responsible for keeping your account name and password secure. We will never ask for your password.
  • Character names must not be offensive, racist, sexually explicit, or infringe upon trademark rights. Characters with violating names will be renamed or deleted without warning.
  • Selling, trading, or buying accounts or characters for real-world money (Real Money Trading / RMT) is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate ban of all accounts involved.

4. Game Rules & Anti-Cheat Policy

To maintain a fair gameplay environment, the following actions are strictly forbidden and will lead to account termination:

  • Cheating & Botting: The use of bots, macros, autoclickers, client modifications, or any unofficial third-party software that automates gameplay is strictly prohibited.
  • Exploit Abuse: If you discover a bug or exploit, you must report it to the staff immediately. Exploiting bugs for personal gain will result in a permanent ban.
  • Harassment & Toxicity: Severe toxicity, racism, hate speech, dox threats, or systemic harassment of other players or staff is not tolerated.

5. Premium Shop & Donation Policy

To support the server's infrastructure, hosting, and development, players have the option to purchase "Premium Points" which can be exchanged for in-game cosmetic options, premium features, or convenience items.

🛑 No-Refund & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights (EU Compliance)

Premium Points are virtual, non-tangible, and non-refundable digital goods. By making a purchase, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Immediate Performance: You request and agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content (Premium Points credited to your account).
  • Loss of Withdrawal Right: You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (the right to request a refund) under EU consumer protection laws (specifically Directive 2011/83/EU) as soon as the points are credited to your account.
  • Disputes & Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback via PayPal, Stripe, your bank, or any other processor will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your game accounts, characters, and IP access.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shinobi Revelations is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The administration makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding server uptime, performance, or data stability. We are not liable for any loss of in-game items, characters, or progress due to server updates, resets, downtime, database failures, or project closure.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service and rules at any time without notice. By using this website or playing the game, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.
